Social Meeting

DATE: 4th Tuesday of each month (except December)

TIME: Meals can be ordered from the bar 5.30 to 8.00pm 

MEETING: commences at 7:15pm in the Sturt Pea Room.

Meeting to update members on a number of opportunities and new initiatives the club is exploring. Plus an ideal chance to socialise with fellow members.

GUEST SPEAKER - Tali Moyle from the Department for Environment and Water

Tali Moyle, a Reintroduction Ecologist with the Department for Environment and Water (DEW) here in South Australia. Tali leads vital species reintroduction programs, including efforts to return the Western Quoll and Red-tailed Phascogale to areas such as the Ikara-Flinders Ranges, Vulkathunha-Gammon Ranges, and Gawler Ranges. Her work involves everything from planning and logistics to managing field teams, building partnerships with organisations like FAME and DBCA, and collaborating with Aboriginal communities and research institutions. It promises to be a truly inspiring and informative talk.
