Meeting to update members on a number of opportunities and new initiatives the club is exploring. Plus an ideal chance to socialise with fellow members.

Western Bight trip, 2012 03 13 – 28th! Which did not go as planned. Plan A: "Travel from the east of Esperance along the beaches and cliffs tops to Eucla". Then a cyclone hit which destroyed the beach. Plan B: "The Western Telegraph Track", which runs between the Bight and Eyre Highway. (The section we travelled along was completed in 1877. It connected Albany to Eucla). This was very rough and overgrown. We had planned to return to plan A at Twilight Cove, this track was impassable ...
